B|D landscape architects have been masterplanning the research & training campus for this FTSE 100 company at their national headquarters in Cheltenham since 2010 with active phases running until 2015.
The project for the Spirax Sarco training centre and rationalise entrance looks to enhance and upgrade the pedestrian routes through the campus with new footbridge and vehicle bridge over the River Chelt and enhanced quality public realm to the HQ entrance, training centre and car park.
The B|D masterplan successfully achieved planning consent and three phases have completed on site with B|D at the heart of the design team and overseeing the operations on site from 2013.
Mark Vernon, Group Chief Executive for Spirax Sarco remarked “the site refurbishment is very much about sending a strong message to the many visitors that will visit Charlton House that we are a modern, vibrant, successful company that values its people and its customers.”
